We’ve welcomed two new staff, bringing together business management and analysis for our Dynamics 365 customers.
Abbie Whitehouse has joined us as a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Support Analyst, with experience in tech recruitment, charity, retail, and education. She also has a First-Class BA (Hons) degree in Business Management, combining strong business understanding with a keen interest in tech and user experience.
Abbie has a background in Dynamics 365 and enjoys solving challenges, improving efficiency, and making day-to-day systems easier to use. She said: “From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and generous with their knowledge. What has stood out most is the culture. The team are approachable, down-to-earth, and never afraid to have a bit of fun, while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise.”
Abbie has become Microsoft Certified in Power Platform Fundamentals, passing the PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals exam.
“In a short space of time, I’ve already learned so much and achieved my first certification, which is a testament to the support and encouragement around me,” she said. “I’m excited to continue developing my skills and building my career as part of such a great team.”
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Abbie on the netball court, practicing yoga or exploring the great outdoors with her partner, 2-year-old son, and Doberman.
At the same time, we’ve also welcomed Mark Thwaite as a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant.
Drawing on a strong customer service background, Mark combines technical expertise of automation and business analysis with a people-first approach, helping stakeholders of all technical abilities feel confident and engaged throughout the solution journey. He is driven by a simple philosophy: To create an effective solution, you first need to understand it from the customer’s perspective.
He said: “I truly enjoy working alongside a highly knowledgeable team. In particular, I appreciate how my experience and insights in automation have been welcomed from day one, creating opportunities to contribute, learn, and help deliver successful outcomes for customers.”
As a certified business analyst, Mark is no stranger to working with customers to design practical solutions and deliver business value using Dynamics 365, the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot AI. In fact, Mark joined us with an AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals qualification, and he’s also passed his PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals exam.
In his spare time, Mark continues his technology enthusiasm with home automation, hobbyist drone flying and photography. He loves spending time with his family outdoors, sharing a passion for videography with his wife.
Gavin Nixon, Managing Director, said: “We have continued to welcome new talent to support with recent and future growth.
“We’re committed to fostering a strong, supportive culture here at Strategy 365 and I’m proud of our team for helping Abbie and Mark to fit right in.”
Earlier this year, we were joined by new hires Anna Salt and Stuart Bradley. Stuart has recently passed Exam MB-230, becoming a Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
