With the increasing uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we wanted to inform all our customers of our business continuity plans at this difficult time. We would also like to reassure all customers that we are planning for business as usual to ensure we can support all our customers and assist with any of your own business continuity plans where applicable. We are lucky as a Microsoft Partner specialising in cloud technology that most of our customers are already using cloud-based systems, allowing you to initiate relevant plans as per the advice currently being provided by the government and health authorities.

At Strategy 365 we also use these same cloud-based systems enabling us to initiate our continuity plans at short notice. We already use Microsoft Teams as our core communications platform for phone/video calls and we will utilise this in favour of face-to-face meetings where applicable. We would also encourage all our customers to make the most from their cloud systems in the current circumstances. We are also keeping a close eye on the latest government advice to ensure that we help to keep our customers and staff safe. We have issued advice to our staff members and we will update this regularly in line with government advice updates.

As all of our systems are based in Microsoft’s cloud including our telephone system, this allows us to support a full office closure if required. We have already asked staff to work from home in the short-term which has been put in place immediately.
