Microsoft have become aware of a bug when using Dynamics 365 in the current version of Google Chrome, leading to prolonged loading of forms and the loading spinner being displayed for long periods of time.
What are the effects of this bug?
The bug means that users may be unable to navigate to several settings pages, and experience intermittent form load issues and pages not loading when using Chrome browser versions 75.0.3770.80 and 75.0.3770.100.
What can I do about it?
Microsoft’s advice, until a newer version of Chrome is released that addresses the issue, is:
1. Use an earlier version of Chrome, e.g. Chrome version 74 and below.
2. Download Chrome Beta version 76 via this link.
3. Use an alternative browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
