Seamless upgrade path

As Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional shares the same platform as the Enterprise licence, should you find that your CRM requirements grow, you can upgrade to the Enterprise licences at a later date.

What’s included with a Professional Licence?

  • Access to core Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality, including Case and Knowledge Management and Social Customer Care
  • Lead creation to assist Sales teams
  • Mobile access

What limitations should I be aware of?

  • Advanced Customer Service features such as Gamification, Embedded Intelligence, Context-Driven Suggestions and a Unified Service Desk are not included with Customer Service Professional.
  • Full customisation. The Enterprise licence allows you tailor virtually every aspect of the system to your needs, but there are some restrictions to these options with a Professional licence.
  • No access to custom applications using Power Apps.

Should your business not require this functionality, then a Customer Service Professional licence could be right for you. For more complex requirements, the full Dynamics 365 Customer Service App may be a better option.
