Further outlining Microsoft’s commitment to supporting organisations affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, new offers have been announced to assist those working in affected sectors.
In these uncertain times, many businesses that offer any kind of customer support function will be seeing a dramatic upsurge in requests for information and assistance and if the in-place systems cannot cope, this can lead to frustration for all parties. To help ease the problem, Microsoft have announced that organisations that are looking to implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service in response to COVID-19 can do so for free for up to six months.
In addition to this, organisations that are in healthcare, government (any level or branch), nonprofit, or education sectors are also entitled to six months free of the Power Platform Apps – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Apps Portals and Power Virtual Agents. This offer can help organisations to implement Microsoft’s new Crisis Communication App, introduce crisis response bots or build information portals to assist their customers.
