Microsoft have announced a range of updates to Copilot pricing, including new and extended promotions, plus two new subscription options.
Two new Copilot product SKUs
To encourage further adoption of its AI technologies, Microsoft have converted two of its bundle promotions (that were first announced last November) into permanent subscription offerings. These are:
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot – $23.50 per user, per month
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Copilot – $32.00 per user, per month
and will be available from July 1st, 2026. UK pricing has not yet been announced, but when those details are released, we will update our website accordingly.
New promotion bundle – Microsoft 365 Business Basic & Microsoft 365 Copilot Business
Available until December 31st, 2026, this new promotional SKU means that even small organisations with basic Microsoft Business licences can benefit from the power of Copilot AI. This new bundle costs $21 per user, per month as an annual subscription, billed annually (UK pricing to be announced) and has no minimum licence requirement, so is available for organisations with 1-300 users.
Extended promotion bundle – Microsoft 365 Copilot Business
Originally due to end on June 30th, Microsoft have announced that the promotional price of £13.80 per user, per month (annual subscription with annual billing), will now be extended to December 31st, 2026.
