- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Who are these certifications suitable for?
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
Suited to those responsible for the implementation and configuration of the core Business Central application. In the process of acquiring this certification, you will build skills in:
- setting up Business Central
- configuring role centers (including adapting insights, cues, action tiles, reports, and charts)
- configuring Financials
- configuring Sales and Purchasing
- setting up operations
- using Microsoft Power Platform components.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
For those looking to pursue certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service, this certification is a new prerequisite, replacing MB-200, which will be retired at the end of this year. To complete this certification, you should have a broad understanding of the Power Platform, its capabilities and have experience of the Power Platform maker tools. You should also be proficient in data modelling, user experience design, requirements analysis, and process analysis.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Suited to developers responsible for the development, securing, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This certification will help to build skills such as:
- application enhancements
- customising the user experience
- system integrations
- data conversions
- custom process automation
- custom visualisations
To complete this certification, you must have strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including an in-depth understanding of its capabilities, boundaries, and constraints. You should also have a basic understanding of DevOps practices for the Microsoft Power Platform. Your development experience should include:
