This week marks nine years since Strategy 365 was founded, and we’re celebrating with the launch of our brand-new website!
We’ve kept our familiar branding, but the new site is cleaner and packed with helpful content for anyone working with Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Copilot AI. We’ve really taken the time to build a comprehensive resource hub, offering insights and updates for businesses looking to get the most from Microsoft’s cloud technologies.
Gavin Nixon, our MD, said: “The new website is a reflection of how far we’ve come as a business. We’ve always been focused on delivering clarity and value to our clients, and this new platform helps us do that more effectively than ever.”
How COVID changed everything
Our previous website was launched during the pandemic, and it’s fair to say the world of work has changed dramatically since then.
When remote working became the norm in 2020, cloud-based tools like Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint became essential. We saw businesses adapt quickly, embracing digital transformation in ways that might have taken years otherwise.
Even now, with many teams back in the office (some hybrid), the appetite for cloud technologies hasn’t slowed down. If anything, it’s grown stronger, and we’ve been right there helping our clients make the most of it.
Being a Solutions Partner means more now
The business was founded in 2016 and in the early days, we earned Microsoft’s Silver and Gold Partner competencies. These were the standard at the time, but in 2022, Microsoft introduced the Solutions Partner designations. These new benchmarks are tougher to achieve and focus more on customer success, technical capability, and real-world impact.
We’re proud to have achieved the Solutions Partner designation in both Business Applications and Modern Work, and we’ve also gained the Low Code Application Development specialisation thanks to our team’s work with Power Apps and Power Automate.
“This evolution reflects just how much the Dynamics 365 ecosystem has matured,” said Gavin. “Microsoft is rightly raising the bar, and for partners like us, it’s a welcome challenge because it pushes us to continually invest in our people and our offering, which is great news for customers.”
The rise of AI and Microsoft Copilot
One of the biggest shifts we’ve seen more recently is the rise of AI in the workplace, and Microsoft has been leading the charge.
It started with Copilot Chat, then evolved into Microsoft 365 Copilot, which now helps users across Word, Excel, Outlook and more. In 2023, Copilot Studio arrived, giving organisations the power to build their own AI agents tailored to their business needs.
And now, we’ve got Mico, Microsoft’s latest innovation that blends voice, animation, and personality to make AI interactions more immersive.
Gavin said: “No matter how you feel about AI, it’s here and there’s no putting it back in the box. That means for partners and customers alike, the opportunity now lies in harnessing these tools to create smarter, more responsive digital workplaces, helping to plug the capacity gap.”
Looking to the future
We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved over the past nine years. That time has seen us achieve Solutions Partner accolades, embark on an ambitious office renovation project to create our dream environment, and grow the amazing team we are so thankful for.
Gavin said: “We’re excited about what’s next and we’d like to thank everyone who’s been part of our journey so far. Here’s to the next chapter!”
