Microsoft is currently investigating issues impacting multiple Microsoft 365 services including Outlook and Teams. The company has isolated the problem to networking configuration issues, and teams are analysing the best mitigation strategy to address these without causing additional impact.
The issues have impacted the following services, but more could have been affected:
- Microsoft Teams
- Exchange Online
- Outlook
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Graph
- PowerBi
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
