Strategy 365 have an exciting new opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Support Desk Analyst to join the business and become an integral part of our growing team. This is a diverse and interesting role where the individual would be assisting Strategy 365’s client base by working on a variety of support cases from simple break/fix issues to system enhancements and remote training. However, unlike typical IT support desk positions, the role is not limited to just working on the support desk; you will have the chance to support the consultancy team in delivering simple project work for a range of customers of differing size and complexity.
This position will encourage personal growth and development within the role through training of Dynamics 365, the Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI) and associated technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. Alongside this training, you will also have the opportunity to become Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certified. For the right candidate, the role may also provide the opportunity to progress your career into a consultancy position within the business.
Key Activities
Although the role of a Support Desk Analyst will vary from day to day, the ideal candidate will have key responsibilities around operating as a support desk team member and managing support tickets from initial logging through to successful resolution. At Strategy 365, collaboration is one of our core values, therefore, working with colleagues is a way we ensure successful outcomes of support cases and project delivery. Other duties will also be part of your daily role such as identifying and documenting support issues, or eliciting requirements from key stakeholders to ensure customer needs are fully understood.
Key Skills
In our search for the right individual, we will be seeking some skills that would be expected in a candidate. Being educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in a related subject, or having relevant experience within the technology sector would be required.
As our work revolves around innovation and digital transformation, having a keen interest in technology is also important, but we understand not everyone will be as passionate about technology as we are! Communication is essential within our business, whether that be with other staff members or clients, and is another Strategy 365 core value. The ability to communicate clearly is a key attribute we are seeking as it helps to drive customer engagement. As this is a diverse role, different challenges will be presented on a regular basis; this requires an analytical and creative approach to help customers solve their problems.
