Strategy 365 are excited to announce that Ramsha Hashmi has joined the business as a Support Desk Analyst to further strengthen Strategy 365’s support services.
Arriving after completing a HNC qualification in Computing, Ramsha will be an integral part of our support desk team. She will be assisting on a variety of support cases, from simple break/fix issues to system enhancements, while helping to provide an exemplary service to our clients. Alongside Ramsha’s role as a Support Desk Analyst, she will also be completing a Degree Apprenticeship with us in Digital and Technology Solutions, as Strategy 365 continue to invest in their staff.
Strategy 365’s Managing Director, Gavin Nixon, commented on this appointment stating, “I am very excited to grow our support team further with Ramsha’s addition and I look forward to working with her.
