We have recently marked our seventh birthday by moving into the fantastic new Strategy 365 headquarters at a renovated chapel.
We have written to customers to let everyone know of the move to The Old Chapel in Dilhorne in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Our new HQ is just one mile away from our previous office at Cellarhead.
Our Director, Gavin Nixon, started the business in 2016 and since then we have achieved a 20-30% growth in turnover year on year, with a nearly 25% increase in turnover this year.
Gavin said: “We had outgrown the old office, and we wanted a place where staff could take breaks away from their desks and enjoy a larger social area. The new office has plenty of room to grow the team, and space for a pool table, which is a bonus!
“We love the quirkiness of the chapel structure and the beautiful countryside setting. The building is the perfect size, allowing for further growth, and it won’t be much more of a commute for our staff.”
Strategy 365 is now focussed on attracting the very best local talent, and hybrid working has played a key factor in choosing a new office space.
“We value collaborative working in a nice, relaxed environment and we have built a great office culture here, so it was vital to find somewhere local people could access easily, as well as working from home,” added Gavin.
Strategy 365 has marked several milestones this year, including being voted CRM Transformation Partner of the Year at the Companial Connect conference in November for achieving 60% licensing growth in 12 months. The award also praised our company for commitment to the community and to partner-to-partner activity.
We also achieved Solutions Partner designation in the Business Applications category of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Programme this year and gained the Low Code Application Development specialisation after our team demonstrated excellence with popular programmes like Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate.
Our team grew again in February when we took on a new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Consultant, and now we are recruiting for another consultant.
