Strategy 365 has officially been voted the Top CRM Transformation Partner of the Year at the Companial Connect 2025 conference for the second time, after previously receiving CRM Transformation Partner of the Year in 2023.
In handing out the award, which celebrates CRM excellence, Companial said: “Their expertise in Dynamics 365 and their ability to tailor solutions have set a new benchmark for customer engagement and operational efficiency. Congratulations Strategy 365!”
Gavin Nixon, Director of Strategy 365, collected the accolade at Companial Connect UK&I in November. He said: “The event is attended by the best in the industry, and several people came to me and told me they look to Strategy 365 as a leading example of Dynamics 365 done right.
“They said they use our website and newsletter as a source of up-to-date information for the latest news on all things Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot AI.
“It’s a huge compliment to be recognised as a leader in our industry and I think our down-to-earth approach and understanding of how SMEs tick has really made all the difference.”
The event also hit record attendance, with 145 attendees enjoying expert insights, peer-led success stories, and powerful networking.
The theme of the day was all about Artificial Intelligence and the importance of partners embracing the ‘Customer Zero’ mindset. This means adopting and experimenting with AI internally first, just as Microsoft does, to gain hands-on experience and insights before delivering solutions to clients.
