Although each of Microsoft’s own business apps can be customised to a great extent, if your business has little need for their core functionality, it can actually be cheaper to have a custom Power App produced for your business. Power Apps are built upon the same platform as Dynamics 365, so the same Dataverse benefits can be leveraged. The initial setup and development costs for such an app would soon be offset by the savings made on licences, which are significantly cheaper than Dynamics 365 licences.
