In order to further enhance the service provided to clients, Strategy 365 have launched a Customer Care Programme.
The programme is aimed at ensuring that all clients, regardless of size, are getting the most from their partnership with Strategy 365. Topics will include:
- ensuring the client is happy with their current solution and that everything is functioning as expected. An action plan can then be agreed on any issues that may need addressing.
- discussing any future projects or potential solution enhancements and suggesting an appropriate course of action that generates the most benefit to the client.
- ensuring that users are licensed correctly and discussing potential cost-saving measures if required.
- providing the opportunity to provide feedback to help improve future service delivery.
