About Us
Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Strategy 365 is a specialist Microsoft Partner focused on enabling business growth for primarily small & medium businesses using Microsoft cloud software technology (Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Office/Microsoft 365). Passionate about the technology we work with, we help our customers to implement business applications and CRM systems as part of their digital transformation journey. We work with a wide range of organisations from small start-ups who have never used cloud solutions before, through to large corporate organisations looking for bespoke solutions. Strategy 365 focuses on ensuring that everyone that we interact with feels valued and respected, and you will help us to deliver outstanding projects to new and existing customers.
Overview
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the consultancy team. The primary role of the position will be to support the consultancy team in delivering simple (initially) project work for a range of customers of differing size and complexity, working at various stages in the lifecycle of our customers’ Dynamics 365 journeys, from initial analysis, through to delivery and ongoing support. You will learn how Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications can transform businesses and gain a good grounding in associated technologies such as Office/Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will also be required to become Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certified via a dedicated training plan, with all training and exams completed during working hours, all funded by Strategy 365. In addition to the core focus of working on projects, you will be expected to assist on the support desk from time to time where required, providing support to our existing customer base.
As we are a small but growing business, you will feel valued within the organisation and your voice will be heard. There will be opportunity for future growth within the business to progress your career. No two days will be the same which provides for good variety within the role.
